    What a start to the residential trip for Y56! All arrived safe and sound - excited for our adventure! Fantastic coach & driver who gave us updates on our expected time of arrival, plus lovely sunshine as we arrived & were shown round Condover Hall's grounds.

     

    First activity for one group - climbing wall. They were able to have a few goes and the determination and courage shown meant children improved each time! Some made it all the way to the top! Wow!!

     

     

  • World Book Day 2024

    Great fun with our world book day celebrations today - even the staff got involved. Here we see Elsa from Frozen and Mr Bump. Where else would you see these two characters together? Brilliant fun!

     

    To celebrate World Book Day, the Year 6 children have visited the Reception children to read them different stories. The Reception children also read their phonics books to the Year 6 children.

     

    Class 2 had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day!

     

    Class 3 started their Computing unit on Photography today. We learnt about different types of photograph, like selfies and close-ups. Here is a Class 3 World Book Day selfie!

  • Christmas Decoration Afternoon

    Class 5 warmly welcomed parents and future SSSJ pupils to our Christmas Decoration Activity Afternoon. It was a tremendous success.

     

    Year 6 enjoyed decoration afternoon today. Thank you to all the parents and carers who were able to join us to create our Christmas crafts! It was a great afternoon!

  • Christmas Card Delivery

    Two of our Class 1 students went to deliver some lovely Christmas cards that the Class had made for the local community.

     

    Class 2 and 3 delivered their Christmas cards to the Earl Shilton community today. Have a lovely Christmas all!

     

    Year 6 headed out into the community to spread a little Christmas joy by posting Christmas cards they had made to households in our local area
