Our dedicated pre-school is for children aged 3 and above. Children can join our pre-school the term after their third birthday. For more detailed information about our pre-school please read our prospectus.

Our Pre-School is has separate admission arrangements from our main school. Please read our pre-school admissions policy for more information. 

Please be aware that attendance at the pre-school does not automatically grant you access to the main school. Please see our school admissions page for further information on applying for a place in our main school.

We offer 3 hour morning and afternoon sessions with an option to stay for lunch.

All children are entitled to 15 hours of free funding. Any additional hours will be charged at £21 per half day or £42 per full day. There is an additional charge of £5 per week to cover lunchtime staffing and supervision. 

Places are also available for children who qualify for 30 hours of free funding. 

If a child wishes to stop for lunch, they can bring a packed lunch.

All additional hours and meals will be invoiced via Arbor. Additional hours are payable termly in advance. This ensures we have the correct staff to pupil ratios.

Alternatively you can download the Session Request Form, Admission Form, PSOU and hand it into our reception or email to office@stsimonandstjude.leics.sch.uk. We will also require a copy of your child's birth certificate.
