How to Apply

Applying for a place at St Simon and St Jude Pre-School is simple:

1. Complete an Application Form
   Contact us to request an application form or download it below.

2. Arrange a Visit
   We encourage parents and carers to visit the setting, meet our staff, and see our learning environment.

3. Submit Your Application
   Return your completed form via email or in person.

4. Confirmation of Place
   Once your application is reviewed, we will contact you to confirm availability and next steps.

Admissions Information

Places are allocated based on:

• Availability of sessions

• Child’s age

• Funding eligibility

• Waiting list order (if applicable)

We recommend applying early to secure your preferred start date. Our Pre-School is has separate admission arrangements from our main school. Please read our pre-school admissions policy for more information. 

You can download the Session Request Form, Admission Form, PSOU and hand it into our reception or email to office@stsimonandstjude.leics.sch.uk. We will also require a copy of your child's birth certificate.
